Platenlabel Numero staat al jaren bekend om hun geweldige uitgaven op vinyl. Altijd met goede teksten en fantastische foto’s in de boekwerken die ze bij hun albums bijsluiten. Met het verzamelen van het onuitgebrachte werk uit de jaren 1974 tot 1982 van Blondie hebben ze wederom een meer dan fantastische klus geklaard. En de songs spatten ook nog eens van het vinyl. Blondie had een flinke aanloop nodig voordat de sound van de band op z’n plek viel. Eigenlijk ligt het echte begin van de band bij de ontmoeting van gitarist Chris Stein die zangeres Debbie Harry zag optreden met The Stilettos en die vrij snel daarna een koppel werden...
